Ingredients
Methi seeds (Fenugreek)-½ tsp.
Jeera (Cumin Seeds)-½ tsp.
Pepper-½ tsp.
Turmeric Powder--½ tsp.
Mustard seeds-½ tsp.
Ajwain(Oma)-½ tsp.
Coriander seeds-1 tsp.
Red Chilly (dry)-2 or 3
Onion-2 Big size.
Garlic Flakes-Around 6.
Tamrind-1 small ball
Cocounut-½ Cup.
Ghee- 4 tsp.
Onion (Sliced)-1 small size
Salt to taste
Method
Grind all the ingredients (except for sliced onion and Ghee) without water.
When almost powdered, then add hot water as required and salt and grind to a coarse paste.
Put ghee in a pan and heat.
Add sliced onion.
When turns brown add the ground masala.
Add water and salt.
While boiling add KoKum.
