Green Plantain Sukka
Ingredients
6-8 Green Plantains.
1 Onion chopped.
Fresh Coconut (scraped).
Salt to taste.
Masala for grinding
8 Red Chilies.
1 small piece turmeric.
1 small onion.
For seasoning
Oil.
1 tsp Mustard seeds.
Curry leaves.
Method
Remove the skins of the plantains and cut them into pieces.
Wash and cook them in a little water.
Grind all the masala.
Fry mustard in hot oil.
Add masala, its water and plantains with tamarind water and salt.
Bring to boil, add fresh scraped cocount and stir.
